Third party Situations

Situations where an assessment is required to be independent of an owner, or buyer. This gives confidence, and trust at the start of a contract for timber producing operations. If the wood has a manager, he acts for the owner; the buyer may want an independent opinion.

The cost of the independent assessment can be on a timber volume basis, & timber assessors can frequently work for lower, more definable rates, than a manager.
